All Non Passover products are removed from the house or put away for use after Passover. Passover foods are bought to replace them.
All Non Passover pots, pans, cutlery and glasses are put away the night before and special sets (one for meat and one for milk) are used just for the week of Passover.
People buy plants, flowers and chocolates for friends and family.
The celebrations at Passover start with two Seder (Order) Nights. Family and friends gather to read through The Story of the Exodus from Slavery in Egypt and partake in several ceremonial prayers to help remember the sweetness of freedom. A large celebration meal is enjoyed both nights.
