All Kosher designated stores must be aware of the importance of Passover. A lot of extra business depends on your awareness. You need to make sure certain shelves are stocked correctly.

All Passover products need to be ordered and displayed (not with Non Passover products - Non Passover products should be stored away until after Passover or put on a shelf far away from the Passover stock).

Kosher wines are an important purchase at Passover Ceremonial and Table Wines are used.

Bread sales will fall just before and during the week of Passover. Matzos are bought instead.
