TRADITIONAL MATZOS IN?
We have looked into creating and supplying a tin capable of storing our large Matzos and have discovered that it would be very expensive to make, and so would be very costly to buy in the shops.
The other problem we encountered was that we had no way of distributing them in the food chain, as we only have authorisation to sell Kosher food to supermarkets, not non food items.
Rakusens recommend that Matzo Crackers can be kept fresh once opened by using Tupperware or Lakeland Plastics. The other alternative is to place the Matzo’s in the oven for a few seconds, and they will crisp up again.
