Kosher food is prepared to meet the requirements of Jewish Dietary Law.
The detailed laws of Kashrut are numerous but all follow basic
principles:
*Meat and milk must never be mixed
*Many foods contain neither meat or dairy ingredients, and these
are called ‘PAREV’
*Kosher meat is specially slaughtered by specially trained
and qualified Rabbinical personnel
*Certain foods are forbidden, such as pork and shellfish
All Rakusen’s products are produced and packed under the
Supervision of the London Beth Din. This Rabbinical Council is
recognised throughout the world as guaranteeing the very highest
level of Kashrut.
